Biography
Tanja Žuran Putora has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and German studies from the Faculty of Arts in Maribor. In her career, she has mostly been active in the fields of user training, managing customer relations, analysing requests, key account management, etc.
In 2009 she joined IZUM’s Service Management Department, where she was responsible for helping, supporting, training, and counselling COBISS system users, mainly focusing on the COBISS3/Inventory and COBISS3/Loan software modules as well as helping with various data migrations.
As a contact person for COBISS.net, she was responsible for COBISS.BH and COBISS.BG systems for a number of years.
In 2018 she joined the Software Department, where she works as a developer on finding solutions for the COBISS3/Inventory and COBISS3/Loan software modules and for peripheral equipment, e.g. RFID.
A large part of her work also includes projects for supporting the textbook fund, where IZUM cooperates with the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and is always happy to gain new experiences and skills.
