Romana Muhvič Šumandl

Romana Muhvič Šumandl graduated in Computer and Information Science at the Technical Faculty in Maribor. She has been working at IZUM since 1991, first as a junior expert and after that as Head of the User Service Department. She worked on several research and development projects, but her work has always focused on helping, supporting and advising users of the COBISS system. Among others, her tasks involved working with catalogue cards, the COMARC/B format, creating bibliographies, conducting courses, solving user requests, preparing documentation, etc. In 2013, she became Head of Service Management, where she coordinates the work of the units User Service, Software Operation, Training, and Public Relations.
