Vesna Stevanović

Vesna Stevanović is the Head of the National COBISS Centre in Serbia. She was born in 1959 and graduated in mathematics, information technology and applied computer studies at the Faculty of Mathematics in Belgrade. From 1995 to 2003, she worked at the National Library of Serbia as an IT specialist. In 2003, she became deputy head of the Virtual Library of Serbia department, a part of which is also the National COBISS Centre – Shared Cataloguing Centre of the Republic of Serbia. From the start, she has been cooperating on the establishment of the shared cataloguing system on the COBISS platform and has provided professional help during its development.
