Current trends in application development are geared towards including users, who can contribute to the development of the software according to their expectations and desired user experience. Cataloguers were therefore given the opportunity to work in the new COBISS Cat interface at an early stage, and their suggestions were used to adjust the development priorities and the sequence in which new functionalities were added.
We will highlight some of the software solutions that have been most influenced by user feedback, which we have been collecting for more than a year through various channels.
