The answer is clear: We aim to streamline routine tasks. By implementing virtual assistants based on artificial intelligence technologies, we could provide users and librarians with interactive assistance in information retrieval, library navigation, material lending, and other inquiries, thereby enhancing user experience and reducing staff workload. Another extensive area is data analysis, especially in loan, where the use of machine learning algorithms to analyze reading habits could bring us closer to users with personalized recommendations. Of course, IZUM will also seek opportunities to integrate AI into various areas of its work in the future, such as managing internal documentation, hardware management, etc.
