One of the key tasks in the e-ARH.si: ESF 2016–2020/2021 project was to ensure accessibility for vulnerable groups. This is why we have employed people with disabilities on the project. Over 2100 archive items of different types have been adapted within the framework of this project. The websites of all six provincial archives were adapted for vulnerable groups. We have developed a Virtual Archive Reading Room website, which is also accessible to vulnerable groups. We have been actively involved in the adaptation of the national government portal gov.si. The e-ARH.si: NOO 2022–2025/2026 project is currently underway and we have a blind person working on it. In the framework of this project, we do not have dedicated funds for the development of new adaptations, but we are nevertheless working to maintain accessibility and also to make newly developed services and information tools accessible.
In this paper we will present our achievements in the field of accessibility for vulnerable groups.
