23. October, 202410.25–10.40

In recent years, artificial intelligence has been increasingly used to solve a variety of text-related problems. These include summarising and understanding texts, making logical inferences, extracting key information from documents, and finding relevant information in large databases and documents. This presentation will introduce a sub-domain of artificial intelligence called natural language processing (NLP) and explore how this field can benefit librarianship.
