For many years, libraries have been making it possible for their users to access part of the library’s collections remotely. In addition to physical visits to the library, they can also take a virtual tour, where, alongside e-books and e-journals, they can also find databases, digital collections and portals, all of which are largely signified by libraries. It should be noted, however, that this is only one part of libraries and what they have to offer, which nevertheless requires a lot of promotion, knowledge, initial support and assistance to users. This paper is based on the experience gained in working with library users.
