With the introduction of ChatGPT from OpenAI and succeeding services from other vendors, AI has been introduced to everybody`s life and doing. There is no longer any doubt that AI will have consequences for most human activities. Memory institutions, like libraries, may be heavily influenced in internal workflows, priorities of resources, understanding of content and user services. Some libraries may even see new roles and opportunities in society based on the development of AI. Where does AI take us?
