Miha Kovač is a full professor at the Department of Library and Information Science and Book Studies at the University of Ljubljana. In recent years, he has been mainly engaged in reading research. His mass market book Read to Breathe has been translated into eight languages. He was the co-curator of Slovenia’s honorary attendance at the Frankfurt Book Fair and is the co-author of the Ljubljana Reading Manifesto on higher-level reading.
