Tanja Žuran Putora has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and German studies from the Faculty of Arts in Maribor. Throughout her career, she has mostly been active in the fields of user training, customer relationship management, analysing requests, and key account management.

In 2009 she joined IZUM’s Service Management Department, where she was responsible for helping, supporting, training, and counselling COBISS system users, as well as assisting with various data migrations.

As a contact person for COBISS.net, she was responsible for COBISS.BH and COBISS.BG systems for a number of years.

In 2018 she joined the Software Department, where she works as a developer focusing on finding solutions for software modules such as Inventory, Holdings, Loan, and peripheral equipment, e.g., RFID.

Some of her tasks also includes projects for supporting the textbook fund, where IZUM cooperates with the Ministry of Education.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and is always happy to gain new experiences and skills.
