Urška Likar Luzar, employed at the Miran Jarc Library Novo mesto, has been participating in various developmental and national projects. Since the beginning of 2024, she has been performing her duties as the national coordinator of the public platform for e-lending COBISS Ela. She is responsible for connecting the platform’s partners – publishers, libraries and IZUM – and engaging with the media, professional and general public, and decision-makers.

She is dedicated to promoting digital reading, educating librarians and introducing the COBISS Ela platform at scientific events in Slovenia and abroad. Since April 2024, she has also been a member of the e-book working group in the NAPLE network.
