We have provided researchers with access to the dCOBISS application using their SICRIS login e-mail address and password. Within the application, researchers can submit a request to the library to enter a bibliographic record (e.g., for a scientific or professional article) into the COBISS database.
The “Bibliographic data” form can be automatically filled out by entering the DOI identifier or by attaching the full text in PDF format. Researchers can also enter data related to open science, and then select a library to review, supplement, and create a bibliographic record.
The process is complete when the cataloguer confirms the record in the dCOBISS system, and the system assigns a COBISS-ID and generates a permanent Handle ID.
